This is a modular low polygon building I created for a Game Art competition. It is created out of modular pieces in order to make the most of the texture space. This also means that other buildings could be created using these pieces.
It uses a single 2048 map and has Diffuse, Specular and Normal maps. The Normal map was created using a combination of baking from high polygon meshes, and also some image derived information from the Diffuse map, Using crazy bump and Photoshop.
The sidewalk is a single piece that can tile over and over. It uses 1024 Diffuse, Specular and Normal maps. Again, the Normal map was created using a combination of high polygon baking and image information.
The building totals 29000 tris while each piece of the Sidewalk is 8 tris.
All these are Screenshots from the viewport in 3ds Max using a Realtime Directx Shader.
